Sandy Chou is a Taiwanese American professor who is a Fulbright scholar for the year 2022-2023. In the academic year 2023 she is teaching international business law, economic analysis of law, and comparative legal culture in Palacky University, in the Czech Republic. She teaches business law and health care law at Brandman University in Southern California .
Sandy is admitted to the bar in Taiwan, New York and California. She spent a year and a half at Waseda University in Tokyo, as a visiting doctorate student. Her research interest includes international law, comparative legal culture, transition justice and economic analysis of law. During her stay in Czechia, she aims to promote academic connection between America and European countries. She also hopes to share her insight on semiconductor industries, based on her connection with Taiwan, to the businesses in EU.
