Lukas Barcherini Peter graduated from the Bochum University in Germany and the University of Parma in Italy, where he specialized in energy economics, environmental policies, and international economics. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental Technology and International Affairs (ETIA) at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, highlighting his strong interest in the intersection of international politics and environmental issues.
